Hypro’s new range of High Pressure Nozzles are the ideal pressure wash nozzle or car wash nozzle. They are suitable for other high pressure washing operations including hard surface cleaning, vehicle washing, conveyor washing, building disinfection, drain cleaning, graffiti removal, food processing and label removal operations. The Hypro High Pressure Nozzle offers the highest impact spray from a very even and narrow spray pattern making for highly effective and efficient washing operations using the minimum water and pump power. In spray impact trials using sophisticated impact sensors Hypro nozzles showed a 16% improvement in impact over the 4 leading competitor high pressure brands. All nozzles are manufactured at our Cambridge, UK site. Spray angles 0°, 15°, 25° and 40° with popular flow rates are held in stock with others available to order. Hypro High Pressure Nozzles are offered in hardened 416 sytainless steel as one piece design with ¼” or ⅛” BSP or NPT male pipe thread. The hex body makes for fast fitting without the risk of distortion of the orifice. Part numbers are permanently etched on the nozzle face for ease of identification when fitted in spraying location.
